Secure Messages allow you to send questions or information in a secure way. Start from the More link in the task bar at the bottom. Then select Messages. Select Connect with Us. You may see secure messages that were sent previously, including Alerts if you have any setup. The message will expire after 90 days. If you want to keep the message, select the “This message never expires” button. You can delete the messages you don't need. Once a message is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. Contact our Support team if you need assistance. To create a message, tap on the pencil icon. First, select a Recipient. Depending on the products you have, you may have several choices. Enter a Message subject. Then enter the details in the Message box. You can add an Attachment. Tap on Send Message. You will see a Message Sent box. You can see our replies in the same way. The answer to your question will be in the body of the message. You can reply again if you have more questions.
