You can transfer to and from External Accounts. Start from the More link in the task bar at the bottom. Select Pay & Transfer. Then select Manage External Accounts. You can choose Instant Verification to add your External Account. You will need your login details for the external financial institution. For Instant Verification, review and accept the Privacy Policy by selecting Continue. Optional: You can enter your phone number for faster access next time. Select the external Financial Institution. Login to the external Financial Institution. This proves you have access. You can choose to send Micro-Deposits to add your External Account. You will need the routing number and account number of the External Account. For Micro-Deposits, enter the routing number, account number, and account type. Three transactions for less than $1 will appear in the external account in 1 - 3 days. Select Submit when you are ready. The 3 micro-deposits will appear in your external account after 1 or more days. You will need to know the amounts of these transactions. Select Verify to enter the amounts. Once the external account is setup, you can transfer funds from the external account to an account at First Merchants Bank. Or you can transfer funds from First Merchants Bank to the external account.
