Set Up Custom Account Alerts

Did you know you can create custom alerts for your account? Our tools let you set up security alerts, spending alerts, transaction alerts and more!

Click the More link to see the additional features and choose Settings. Click the More link to see the additional features and choose Settings. Scroll down to the Preferences section, find Alert Settings and press the tile. There is a button that allows you to add a New Alert. Select an Account from the drop-down list. Press the button and select Account Alert. Select the criteria for the Alert, and the balance threshold. Select the type of Account balance you want. Select the frequency of delivery that you want. Select the Alert delivery method. If you choose email, you can enter any email address that you like. If you choose voice, you can choose any country from the list and add any phone number you like. If you choose SMS, you can choose any country from the list and add any phone number you like, and you will need to review the Terms and Conditions and select Agree to Terms. If you choose Push, the Alert will be sent to the phone you are currently using. When you are ready, press the Create Alert button. You will see a confirmation message. Your Alert will be shown on the Alerts page. Your alert will be enabled. You can disable or edit the Alert if you like. History Alerts are based on the details in your account history. You can select any Debit or Credit transactions by type, individual check numbers or specific text about the transaction. Select specific criteria and enter an amount. Select the Account you want to send the Alert from. Select the delivery method. This works the same way for all Alert types. Online Transaction Alerts are triggered from transactions that you make through online or mobile banking. Select the type of transaction you want. Select the account you want. Select the status of the transaction. Select the delivery method. This works the same way for all Alert types. You can set reminders for various events. Select the Event type you want. Select the date of the event. Select the delivery method. This works the same way for all Alert types.
