Each year we have the opportunity to approach the holiday season with new perspective and experiences. This year is no exception. In the previous and coming days you will no doubt see countless articles and messages lamenting the year 2020
and cheering for the arrival of 2021, but I would like to offer an alternative perspective.
In the face of so much adversity, 2020 has presented the greatest opportunity for personal growth in my lifetime. This has been a year to take inventory of personal and professional priorities and refocus on what truly matters. It has been
a year of sacrifice and change for everyone, yet the challenge is to determine what stays and what goes when we regain some semblance of “normal”. Are there former priorities in your life you hope never return? What new priorities
have emerged? What are you committed to spending more time doing? Less time doing? And with whom do you chose to spend your time? What are the issues that you are willing to fight for and how will you be an agent for lasting
change in the lives of those around you?
2020 has brought suffering and pain to a great number of people, the real tragedy would be to simply resume an old normal that you know can be improved. Thank you for the trust you have placed in our team. We are excited to be a partner
in your pursuit.
From our family to yours, we wish you a happy and blessed Holiday Season.
