DMI / Notice of Servicing Transfer
Following the closing of your loan, you may receive a letter in the mail notifying you of a servicing transfer. If you receive this letter, it means our subservicing partner, Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. (DMI), will be servicing your mortgage on behalf of
First Merchants. In the letter, you will find instructions for making payments along with your new loan number which is required to register for online access.
To register for online access with DMI or to login to your account, click the buttons below. You will have 24/7 access to your loan online where you can make payments, set-up automatic payments, obtain tax, escrow, and insurance information, view your
monthly statements and more. You will also have a team of customer service agents available by phone or online chat to assist with your mortgage needs.
