How to Earn $250: The primary accountholder of the participating checking account must be 18 years old or older at the time of account opening and reside in one of the following zip codes: 46226, 46220, 46205, 46208, 46202, 46201, 46218, 46219, 43224, 43229, 43231, 43219, 43214. An account may be opened online or at the Avondale or Northland banking centers only. Enter the promo code “HELLO2024DIGITAL” in the promotion code box on your online application or ask a First Merchants representative to enroll you in the “HELLO2024BRANCH” Checking Offer” when opening in a banking center. New First Merchants personal checking account holders only are eligible. Existing personal checking account holders are not eligible as well as individuals who have closed a personal checking account within the last 12 months of the promotion start date (on or after November 6, 2024). First Merchants employee accounts are not eligible.
