Stop Payments
If you need to stop payment on a check you've written, contact us as soon as possible, either at a banking center or by phone at 1.866.833.0050. If the check has not yet been cashed, we will not honor the check at your request.
You can also issue a stop payment using our telephone banking service.

Money Orders and Official Checks
Has someone requested you pay with a money order or bank check? It's an easy way to pay using verifiable funds, and we offer money orders and official checks to both customers and non-customers.
Money orders are a prepaid alternative to traditional checks. Funds are withdrawn from your account when you purchase the money order, so there is no risk of overdrawing your account when it is cashed. Keep your receipt if you'd like to verify the money order was received and cashed by your recipient.
An official bank check is another prepaid option. Funds are withdrawn from your account and then a check is issued by the bank for the correct amount.
