Property must be located in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and Kentucky. Must be for a primary residence and borrower must have a minimum 680 credit score to be eligible. Eligible First Responders include Certified Law Enforcement Officer or Law Enforcement Agent, Certified Firefighter, Licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), and Paramedic. Eligible Medical Professionals include Licensed or Registered Nurse and Licensed Physician Assistant. Eligible Educators include Certified Teacher, Collegiate Professor, or Instructor in Public and Private school districts. Eligible Non-Profit Employees include all 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) designated organizations. Documentation of employment or any applicable certification may be required.
